Pinnacle Community Services Pinnacle Community Services, formally known as Temora Home and Community Care (HACC) Centre and Cootamundra Home and Community Care (HACC) Centre, have been providing a range of services and support for older people, people with a disability and their families and carers to help them to live with dignity and independence in their own homes in the community since 1987 in Temora and 2005 in Cootamundra. 

Pinnacle Community Services provides a range of services in the local Government areas of Temora and Cootamundra. An additional service of case management is provided in Temora, Coolamon, Cootamundra, Junee, Gundagai, Tumut and Tumbarumba.

The services are managed by the Temora Shire Council; a section 355 committee of council provides support & direction to the programs, and meets quarterly. The Coordination and day to day operations are carried out by paid staff along with the services of volunteers to a number of programs.
