Shaun Paterson

Manager Cootamundra & Leeton

Shaun is a Cootamundra local who has been employed with Pinnacle Community Services since 2006. 

During this time he has been responsible for a number of programs including Community Transport, Social Support and Home Modification and Maintenance Service for clients in the Township of Cootamundra surrounding Villages. 

In addition he Manages the offices of Cootamundra and Leeton, which includes a number of surrounding townships. 

Shaun is proud to provide a quality service to his clients and knows how valuable quality staff and volunteers can be. 

Prior to this he worked in Employment Case Management services for the Cootamundra and Temora areas.


Kylie Purtell

Assistant Coordinator / Front Office Manager

Kylie joined the Pinnacle Community Services team in 2010 as a receptionist in the Cootamundra Office. 

Since then Kylie has worked, as relief, in various roles including Social Support Coordinator, Community Transport Coordinator and Case Manager with Southern Riverina Community Options. 

Kylie currently assists Shaun with the Co-ordination of Community Transport, Home Maintenance and Modifications and Social Support, as well as providing Case Management with Southern Riverina Community Options and supervising the day to day running of the office. 

Kylie completed her Certificate III in Business Administration in 2007 and has worked in administration roles since 2008. 


Balinda Walker

Community Options Case Manager

Balinda moved to Cootamundra from the Central Coast and started working with Pinnacle Community Services in 2009 as a Community Options Case Manager.


Balinda has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Leisure and Health) at the University of Sydney and Diploma of Case Management with Tafe NSW. 

During this study, she worked in an aged care facility as a Recreational Activities Officer and on the completion of her degree, worked as a Disability Support Worker with people with a disability in the Community Participation and Transition to Work Programs. From then, she worked as a Diversional Therapist in a private rehabilitation hospital in Sydney before moving to Cootamundra. 

Pam Elliott

Community Transport Driver

Pam has been working for Pinnacle Community Services since the re-opening in 2005. 

Pam undertakes a dual role as both a bus driver and a volunteer car driver.

Consumers always comment on Pam's smiling face and helpful/positive attitude.
